1、總體的學習基礎和學習習慣養成都比三年級好，學生也比較習慣我的教學方法和教學制度，措施。但原有不及格的后進生和新插班沒有基礎的學生，成績依然不好，兩極分化嚴重，情況不容樂觀。

2、教學上的一些的困難

跟三年級相比，四年級的`教材在難度上有了很大的提高，尤其是practice， 教學任務十分繁重，老師教學，以及學生接受都比較困難，再加上一星期的少課時，課文內容的多容量，上課節奏十分緊湊，學生復習的時間相對減少。

二、教學工作：

1、我注重培養孩子的英語學習興趣，從各個方面培養和鍛煉孩子的聽說能力，利用一切機會讓孩子們練習聽說能力，創造說英語的一切機會。有時候在學習某個句型或某些詞的用法時，像做游戲一樣利用實物寓玩于教。這樣既讓學生喜歡學，又便于掌握。

2、教學中，備課是一個必不可少，十分重要的環節，備學生，又要備教法。備課不充分或者備得不好，會嚴重影響課堂氣氛和積極性。備課時掌握每一節課的教學內容及重點，難點，同時還要能根據學生的實際情況，采用不同的教學方法。此外老師每天上課都要有充足的精神，這樣比較容易帶動學生的積極性。

3、及時培養學生良好的學習習慣，課前多預習，課堂上要求學生注意力集中，真正聽懂老師所講的內容。在書寫作業中，開始讓學生抄寫句子，當出現大小寫不分的情況時，及時給學生分析，重視對學生書寫規范性的培養課后認真完成配套練習，不懂的地方，多向老師或成績好的學生請教。

4.培優轉差，快樂教學

整個教學過程中由于學生的掌握情況不同，出現了優差分層，一方面，有的學生英語聽，說的能力相對較弱，授課采用較深的全英教學，同學們還不能適應。另一方面，有的同學們比較活躍，上課氣氛積極，成績較好。因此，講得太淺，沒有照顧到整體，所以教學效果不如理想。從而可以看出，了解及分析學生實際情況，實事求是，具體問題具體分析，做到因材施教，對授課效果有直接影響。所以。我利用課余時間對優秀生進行課外的知識補充，對差生根據實際情況進行相對應輔導，使學生成績整體提高。從而建立學生自信心。提高學習興趣。

三、不足之處

1、作業布置方面的缺失。沒能抓好作業的檢查，對于組長，課代表缺少表揚和監督機制，致使有部分學生常不按時完成作業，一些口頭作業實效不大。

2、因為英語的特殊情況，學生在不斷學習中，出現了好壞分化現象，差生面擴大，嚴重影響了班內的學習風氣。只希望學生能自覺學習，沒有嚴格地督促這些學生進行課后復習和檢查，因此，以后對差生絕對不能忽視。應制定具體的計劃和目標，對這部分同學進行有計劃的輔導。

穿過熙熙攘攘的小道，便到了波光粼粼的湖邊，我們焦急而又耐心地等待著，時間一分一秒地過去了，人越來越多，最后擠擠挨挨，人群從西望不見頭，從北望不見尾，人山人海，人聲鼎沸，有的坐在石椅上，有的彎腰，有的前俯后仰，有的踮著腳尖望著。有白發蒼蒼的老爺爺，有眉清目繡的青年人，有四五歲的小孩。
