2.積極參加學校組織有關的教研活動，積極撰寫教學論文。

一個人的成長是在實踐中不斷鍛煉的。學年組的集體教研，我認真聽別人發言，找出自己的差距，虛心學習。認真上好每一節課，然后聽取別人的意見，針對自己的不足再進一步練習。腳踏實地認真鉆研，推敲每一個環節，一直到自己滿意為止。雖然有時累得不想再努力了，可是看到自己的成績心里又鼓起了勇氣。
