I used to watch her from my kitchen window, she seemed so small as she muscled her way through the crowd of boys on the playground. 英文書信信文一般應包含如下部分：“信頭”、“信內地址”“稱呼”、“正文”、“結束語”和“簽名”。格式如下表：

上文的格式中已經顯示出這些內容應該出現在信紙的什么地方，下面主要介紹一下每一部分內容的具體寫法。

(1) 信頭：信頭指的是發信人的地址和日期，但不要寫發信人的姓名。地址寫法與信封上地址的格式順序相同。在日期上，美國人采用“月、日、年”的順序(如： August 2, xx)，日與年之間有逗號;而英國人則多用“日、月、年”順序，且日、月、年之間都不用逗號(如：2 August 1982)。

(2) 信內地址：信內地址指的是收信人的姓名和地址。收信人的姓名一般都要加上頭銜或尊稱以表示禮貌。常用的有：Mr.(先生)，Mrs.(太太)，Miss(小姐)，Ms(女士，不區別婚否)，Dr.(博士)，President(總統)，Premier(總理)。地址的寫法和順序跟上述的信封格式是一樣的

英文書信寫作注意事項：

（1）結尾語的第一個字母要大寫，最后還要加上逗點。

（2）若要針對收信的對象，將結尾語加以區分，則對于比較親密的對方，可以用Sincerely yours、Yours sincerely或Sincerely；對于一般的朋友可用Your friend；如果是兒女寫給父母，就用Your loving son(daughter)；對長輩則寫Respectfully yours，至于生意上的往來就用Faithfully yours。

二、學生狀況分析：

我所教的本屆七年級新生基礎很差，由于在小學英語課并未受到足夠的重視，學生在寫的技能方面基本上沒有得到過訓練，連音標沒講過，甚至有一半的學生26個字母的拼讀都沒有掌握好。經過上學期我和學生的不懈努力，他們的基礎知識得到了加強，學習態度也有所好轉。部分學生有了主動學習的動力，但是整體的惰性還是很強，我要用心主動的幫忙他們重新建立學習興趣。
